Project Overview

  • Since the brand helps its users find anything nearby their location. It brings together the organised or unorganised local businesses, services, updates, recommendations, sales stuff, and local deals from the nearby areas. Know My Near makes it easier for small businesses to be found easily whenever anyone needs their product and services.
  • For the brand, we provided a design solution to give their users and associated small business owners, an excellent navigating experience. We began the task by doing behavioral research that included meeting with the potential userbase, and based on gathered insights and consumer expectations, we designed the experience an elaborate and refined digital experience.

How did we help?

  • 01 Understanding the problem areas

    There aren’t many helpful platforms for vary small businesses around us. Users were not able to locate the nearby small services such as cobbler, salon, plumber, etc.

  • 02 Analysing consumer personas

    Through thorough research, we were able to clearly map out the requirements and market situation. We also did a competitive analysis to understand the brand competitors.

  • 03 Planning and plotting the design journey

    We identified untapped potential zones in the current market scenario and planned out new features, which are not there in the markets yet but can help the users. We created low-fi wireframes as the first step of designing.

  • 04 Executing the plan

    We established the UI guidelines and did the animation, which were incorporated in the final design.

  • 05 Prototype

    To ensure that the designed flow was seamless, we created a product prototype and tested it out with the client before delivering the final product.

  • 06 Deliver

    Once we were done with prototyping, we move on to taking the finalized product to the client.

  • 07 Validate

    As a hygiene check, we tested out the designed prototype with a couple of users and validated the solutions.
